Australian Tourism Data Warehouse Fee Waiver Program
In response to the unprecedented crisis facing our industry, Tourism and Events Queensland (TEQ) in partnership with Brisbane Marketing will be waiving your annual ATDW membership fee.
The fee waiver will be applied on 15 May 2020 and will extend your membership by 24 months from your next membership renewal date. To qualify for the fee waiver, you must be a member of ATDW on 15 May 2020.
There is no action to take if you are an ATDW member on 15 May 2020. However please take note of the following:
- If your ATDW membership renewal date occurs between 27 April and 15 May 2020, please contact Brisbane Marketing via TBarmore@brisbanemarketing.com.au.
- If your renewal date occurs in the period of 15 May 2020 – 15 June 2020, please disregard any emails to renew your membership which are sent automatically from ATDW Online.
- If your ATDW listing has recently expired please contact the ATDW helpdesk directly via atdw@queensland.com.
For businesses that don’t qualify for any of the above assistance, or would like help getting set up, please contact tourism@scenicrim.qld.gov.au, and we’ll work together to ensure you’re able to reap the benefits of ATDW going forward.
TEQ and Brisbane Marketing have worked closely together to provide this support during this very challenging time and hope it helps your business to maintain visibility with dreamers and potential travellers, and supports you to resume bookings when travel recommences.
Ensure you’re connected online with potential customers by updating or creating your Australian Tourism Data Warehouse listing – Australia’s largest tourism network of more than 250 travel websites, including VisitScenicRim.com, Queensland.com, and Australia.com. Login or learn more about the benefits ATDW can deliver for your business here.
A message from ATDW regarding Covid19
Subscribers are being asked to please update their listings with either a comment in the description advising of changes to your operation or by disabling your listing if, sadly, you are no longer operating.
You are urged to keep your content live and updated rather than disabling it – the ATDW continues to see large amounts of online traffic while isolation inspires dreaming of future travels.
Stay tuned for another exciting announcement from Council regarding assistance for how you market your business, including your presence on ATDW!
