Tourism and Events Queensland is setting the foundation for the state’s tourism industry to thrive again, by continuing to show the world that our nature is thriving, human spirit is thriving; and being a source of inspiration to their audiences across Australia and the world.
To help Queensland’s tourism businesses share a similar story of hope and positivity, TEQ has put together these content guidelines outlining their approach.
The guidelines are intended to help you shape your social media and other messages during the key stages of the pandemic – from the current ‘homebound’ state, to when we emerge and eventually return to travel.
The key message is, ‘In Queensland, right now, nature and human spirit is thriving’, and Visit Scenic Rim is on board with this sentiment and encouraging you all to share the simple moments our visitor’s love about our region. Don’t forget to #thisisqueensland #seeaustralia and #scenicrim.
Council’s communications team is working on the roll-out of a communications campaign designed to celebrate the positive stories that have emerged from the current COVID-19 pandemic and demonstrate the ingenuity and resilience of people in the Scenic Rim.
Based around the #onescenicrim tagline, it will build on our strengths as a community and bring businesses and residents together to help our region grow and prosper.
The campaign will encompass social media, website, blog and business directory and we will be looking for your stories to showcase. The campaign will launch soon, but in the meantime, please remember to add #onescenicrim on your social posts!
